My Gallery Part 12
The latest stuff I've drawn is quite varying.
This is the first one: Mountain Warrior
I drew it once again for a kid who wanted me to draw a warrior. I couldn't restrain myself as usual, so it became a full picture with mountains and monsterwolves.
I like the dirty look. As in filth. Not as in perverted.
I like details. And mountains. And thingies flying around in the wind.
It's a secret but I got that from the Disneymovie Pocahontas, I liked the leafs and spores flying in the winds there.
The second: Wild Horse
A girl wanted a picture of a horse. I generally thought I suck at drawing most animals, and certainly horses. But. It was a challenge to me. I had to look at photos of horses on the web to see the exact shapes and the positions of the legs when they're running.
And I am happy with the result. It's the best horse I've ever drawn.
I'm so proud.
The third: Love-making
I think the swedish title is better: Älskog. It sound almost exactly like elk forest in swedish though...
Anyway, I had my markers on the table and felt like drawing something, I tried with markers only but didn't like it. So I used an inkpen first, drawed freely. When I do that it mostly becomes warriors, but I felt like doing some romance. Finally I coloured it, which made me aware of which colours I needed to buy new of. That's good.
The picture turned out okay.
I realized I often scatter animals in the surroundings of my pictures.
Come on! Count the animals!

My Gallery Part 11
King of the HillI wanted to name this one King and Queen of the Hill, but it wouldn't be as simple and easy to refer to. Those of you who is strongly opposed by my nonemensioning of the female in the name can pretend that it's called that. Those of you who are strongly opposed by her naked breasts should consider that the man is as naked as her. The blood does not count.
About count... I wonder what their bodycount is by now... Considering the skeletons at their feet.
And what about the goblins stupidity? Or is it hunger?
This is a picture occuring as a warninglable in my comic.
It warns for bloody violence and perhaps occassionely presence of nudity/sex. Not in combination. I do not support that.
There is no mention about those stupid hungry goblins though.
Son GokuThis one is old by now. Made it last year. I've kinda forgot to show it here.
I made it for a boy with the same name as me. When I was a mangateacher for a week, in the school I went to when I was younger.
If you don't recognize the character you haven't read or seen DragonBall.
Son Goku is the maincharacter. He's awesome. It was a challenge when the boy said he wanted a picture of Son Goku that I had made, so I did my best.
Honestly, I'm very satisfied. It looks good, it looks almost exactly like him, and I learned something about colouring. Which I haven't practiced yet...
Bummer.
Son Goku is his name spelled as in the swedish translation. I prefer that one.
His hair... That's the problem. It could look better, more like the original.
I love his hair.

My Comic!
Finally, this is it!Alychecia is published!
This is the comic I've been working on for quite some time now, more or less concentrated...
And this picture is the front of it. I'm thrilled by my superb logo.
The guy in the middle is Roq. He's the maincharacter... Therefore his mainplacement in the picture...
He's kind of important. The crystal is the Aurin, the lightcrystal, which upholds life and banish demons.
The guys around him are also important characters. Also from the comic...
Here's the link: http://alychecia.smackjeeves.com/
WOOAAA!!!!
!!!!!
I suppose I'm the one most thrilled right now...
But you'll see!

Myself - part 3
Hey! It's my birthday today! Yaay!
Actually, when and where I'm writing this (Sweden!) it is night, late night. So late in fact that it is the 19:th...
So my birthday was yesterday...
It takes the edge of it quite a bit... But not completely.
So, let's brief Me a little. I've cut my long hair. I've changed to lenses from glasses.
For the moment I fancy:
House, the tv-serie, he rocks. The best serie now.
Veronica Mars, prooving blondes aren't dumb, also a great tv-serie.
Lost should be mentioned, but there's a hold over christmas, it haven't started yet.
Wii, you know what I'm talking about, in particular, Twilight Princess! Perhaps the best game ever.
Midna, from above mentioned game, there haven't been a cuter and sexier gnome/monkey ever, and her voice, and her hot temper, and her eye... siiigh.
Over to something else.
I've begun drawing. On a manga. Alychecia.
It's proceeding well, in a satisfying pace. Almost six pages in... aww, hell, I don't remember. It's not too many days anyway. I believe it's becoming great. It seems as I manage to make interesting and funny dialogue, a skill I sometimes think I lack. I'm positive.
You will see the first pages of it here as soon as I got enuogh pages to call a beginning.
Await a beginning of a revolution, the next heavy story in your life, one of the biggest adventures you've ever read, the next clue to the meaning of life! The holy grale! The DragonBall killer!
.....
Sorry, got carried away there. That's the kind of expectations of oneself that wrecks it.
I have a nice classic creationstory about gods, light, darkness and a destined hero. And something to collect. Very Important.
Interesting characters are the most important part of a story though, and I hope I will succeed in making my characters interesting.
At least expect something...

My gallery - part 10
Cute stuff. That's what part 10 of my gallery will consist of. I'll fill it with joyful children, cute loving couples and happy cute furry animals. Perhaps.
Why? To widen my portfolio. And of course because it's fun and challenging.
I'm updating this post when there comes more in this category. For now, enjoy this:
Kids Imagination
Another picture of cute stuff added. This is a really nice one. I don't know why they're riding on a tortoise specifically, it just came to me naturally, I didn't think. And then I thought it was really neat with a giant tortoise. I love tortoises and turtles. But I hate the word tortoise, I prefer turtle.
I like the idea of this picture, the children need only a rock to ride for their imagination to take them to other worlds. Reminds me of myself, I rode a branch from a tree, and it was a twoheaded creature with one rhinohead and one dragonhead.
Imagination is wonderful. Without it there would be no movies, comics and books, etc.
And it is what drives us to develop.
God I like that tortoiseshell.
Playing in the park
Completely the spawn of me trying to show that I can do whatever I'm asked to do. And I can. I just have to try really hard.
This is a nice picture anyway. I have actually coloured it twice. One for testing. Yes, I only colour copies of the inked original. As I use to say, there are three originals.
Pencil. Ink. And colour. All three are each made on a new paper.
More is to come, when is the question.

My gallery - part 9
Hello. I'm updating, with some old pictures. These are landscapes...
They were supposed to be used in a game me and my brother was planning. An online turnbased strategygame. Now we have much more interesting and supergood ideas that we are going to make games of.
A lake. With spurs surrounding it. You know I like spurs. It reminds me of how I believe Lappland in Sweden looks like.
Mountains. I like mountains a lot. It's a shame there aren't too many where I live, I have to be satisfied with an old quarry. I climbed one once though, in the middle of Sweden. One of the coolest actually (perhaps one of the lowest too). It looked like a pointy volcano from the camping we were at (me and my family).
Swamp. I don't like being in them, but they're great for a lot of things. Like creating a cool atmosphere, tossing bodies you must get rid of, seeing ghosts, or soaking your shoes.
Ashlands... Now this is something you seldom see in Sweden, only when dragons have swept by to amuse themselves. And that, I say, is rare. And there's almost never lava surfacing.
Ashlands is just something inevitable when it comes to... when, well... When I draw landscapes!
Desert, another rare vision in Sweden, but at least it exists for real. In Sahara I've heard there's a lot of it. Then again, I've heard there's also a lot of scorpions. So one cannot be sure what to believe.
(Am I making any sense? No? Good.)
Fields. Now here's something we got a lot of where I live, in Skåne. In fact, Skåne consists of it. And it's not funny! One aren't even allowed to take a walk on them, how fun is that! Come see Skåne! We have splendid asphalt roads wich you are allowed to travel on, by car!
No, I'm just cynical. It's beautiful at summer.
Meadows. We got a lot of this too. And cows. And sheep. Horses. Ostriches... honestly. We have ostriches in fences. For eating as usual, not riding. Boring. Chocobos, be invented!

My gallery - part 8
So, I guess I just should post the stuff I've actually done. Here goes.

First picture: Strangers for a day, friends for a lifetime
This one is new. Actually newer than this post. But I don't care, it fits here.
It took a long time to finish it. I almost finished it with pencils, but paused because I was unsure of how to continue, how and were to put shadows and light. A week or two ago I got tired of just having it laying around without colours, so I just did it. Ink. Copy. Colour.
Now, the colour is the exciting part, because the stars and the glow hovering into the nightsky I made with acrylics. I did that because it's the easiest way making white stars on a black sky. And it gives a real nice feeling.
I'm also happy with the shadow on the girls, it took a lot of experimenting to get the best combination of colours.
I updated it recently because of a stupid and embarrassing mistake. I made stars on the dark side of the moon... don't worry, don't look for it, it's fixed now... Suckers. You wanted to see me making a mistake? Ha! That won't happen again (If you really want to see an embarrassing mistake, take a look at the blue guy's bigtoe in Red and Blue further down).
Second picture: The Poo Is Humongous
Isn't that a hilarious title? I love it. I love the word humongous. And poo.
No, I'm not some kind of fetischist! I just never left that age behind. Poo is funny, except when it is thrown at me, or my cat soils the carpet, or anywhere, and I have to pick it up.
It is the three characters you've seen before. I'll let you interpret their speechbubbles all by yourself.
The sky is blue... It almost killed my sky-blue marker.
Third picture, pencil only: Mountain Path
No, the title isn't as interesting as the picture, maybe I'll change it later.
I like this picture myself. It's not one of the pictures I wanted to do before I would post part 8 of my gallery, but it's a heck of a picture anyway.
The guy is a new character, the maincharacter for my new comic that I've been working on the whole summer. Or more. I think. It's actually an old, old, old comic that I made when I was like twelve or even younger.
I wanted to do something adventurous with a lot of different places, so I remembered that old comic (it was drawn with stick figures back then), and thought I could refurbish the story and draw it with my new splendid mangastyle. I am splendid, why are you giggling?
I am of course going to ink and colour it. Let's see when that happens. Exciting...
Count the animals and send me the correct answer and I might send you a T-shirt with the coloured and finished picture later. Signed!
And I might just don't. Exciting...

Colour Changes
Woohaaa!
I've changed the colours! I've altered the code! Aren't they great? The new colours? I think they are. I like olivegreen and gold. You noticed that?
By the way, it was long time since I posted anything here. It's because I wanted to complete a serie of drawings before I posted them. But. Life is not like that, not for me. New things show up, new ideas comes up...
Yeah. A whole lot of ideas. I'm quite productive right now. But not with the serie of pictures I wanted to finish...
I guess that's me in a nutshell.

My gallery - part 7
So, with the cronological order disrupted I no longer need to think. Great.
I mean: I don't have to try to remind myself which picture I made first. Just put them out as I please. This time I'll show you almost the latest stuff I got.

I made this one at a friends house, her name is Johanna, we wanted to try my extraordinary pencils on a new paper. We decided to draw a foggy, dark landscape lit up by a flash of lightning.
Dark. I don't know.
Foggy. The hills, yeah.
Lightning. Absolutely.
She helped in the start but I made all the details and finished it. She had a lot to say, though. She kept saying it was too bright, I tried making it darker, and she still thought it was too bright. I agreed, but the paper didn't suck the colour up, so it got sticky, and never dried up. I had a hell wiping sticky felt pen-ink from the picture with evil furry toiletpaper. I couldn't make it darker.
So, the paper wasn't very good for drawing on with my felt pens. It did get sharp though.
I made the spruces in the end, after all the colouring, with another pencil, a black one (really?).
And whatever you say about the flash of lightning it is looking good.
Twilight
This one I made because I had just realized that the magenta pencil, mixed with a yellow colour became red! Amazing! Just like prints. I didn't think it worked with pencils. I really like the colours in this one. I like the silhouette of spruces in sunset. It's freakin' beautiful.
I was also inspired from a place in a game, Paper Mario: the thousand year door. The colours in that game are great too.
Iria Lavender
I won a contest in a comic magazine with this one, Manga Mania, a swedish magazine publishing japanese comics translated into swedish.
My ego knew no boundaries.
Then I remembered being turned down on a ten page comic I've made half a year earlier by the same magazine. They didn't publish it. Crap.
I was happy for winning and being published this time anyway, even if it was just one picture.
Actually, I gave this girl a story. To start with: she´s a computer. A persocom. Like in the manga Chobits. That was the point with the contest. I´m not going to explain that any further, read Chobits and you'll understand.
To continue: She´s a model, created by a fashiondesigner to fit his creations perfectly. By time he falls in love with her, since she is created entirely from his imagination. Her great artificial intelligence makes it possible for her to help him design clothes after a while, when she's learned how he thinks.
By time she adopts personal ways to move, and other details in her expression and personality that makes her more and more unique.
There is no end. Just these facts.
I am very satisfied with her. I like the colours, and the combination. And the name.
Damn I'm good.

My gallery - part 6
I actually have to brake the cronological order, that's a shame I guess, but not as much a shame as if I couldn't show you these pictures. They're made before "We believe we are so powerful" in the previous post. More exactly, last year, when I went to a comicschool in Malmö.
The first one is a panda! I like pandas. They look so calm and kind. And Ranmas father -Genma- in the manga Ranma½, turns into a panda when drenched in cold water. He's very funny. I love pandas.
There's really not much more to say, I made it in guasch, a watercolour that isn't transparent, which means you can paint white on black, which is the case on this picture.
Oh, and I painted it from a photo (that's not necessarily cheating).
The three following is a comic I call: Unite - Dream

What these pictures mean, what's happening, is up to each and everyone to interpret.
Our class (in the comicschool) were going to make another fanzine, and this time it would be square. And about dreams, in any way you chose.
I wanted my comic to use the fact that it was square. Therefore I made it possible to watch it from any direction, which also rhymes well with the dreamtheme (at least, I think so). If you rotate the pictures in any angle, you'll see that there is no given angle to watch it from. It doesn't matter.
The fifth and last: Unite - Dream
This is as you probably can see the middlepicture from above, colourized. This I did a couple of months ago.
Why they stand like they do is because they are inside a rotating tube in space. The centrifugal power forces them to the walls, imitating gravitation. I'm sure you know about all that.
Every creature represents their specie, their whole civilization. They are all united in the Galaxian Union, to prevent war and preserve peace between and within civilizations.
Humanity doesn't fit there. Yet, I hope. We still have problems leaving earth, so it's nothing to worry about right now. Not until we can leave our solarsystem we will be considered something they should be aware of.
Still, on the picture you can see a human, the bald guy (and human looks, in case you're confused because almost every creature on the picture is bald). That's because I hope we in thousands of years (lovely if it comes earlier though), will have reached the necessary goals to fit in such a union.

Still, on the picture you can see a human, the bald guy (and human looks, in case you're confused because almost every creature on the picture is bald). That's because I hope we in thousands of years (lovely if it comes earlier though), will have reached the necessary goals to fit in such a union.

My gallery - part 5
Oh yeah, there are some more pictures I've made for some more girls...The first one: Forest Fairy
I made it as a birthday card for a girl named Märta, in senior high school. I worked all day to get it finished in time.
I did.
Almost. She didn't get it in school, as I had thoght, but she got it the same evening at her party. That was lucky though, it gave me time to scan the picture in school and bring it home later.
Second and third picture: We believe we are so powerfulThis one is for a cousins daughter (I've never learned all those bloody words for differrent relatives, not even in swedish I know what is what, who cares? It's a lot easier to say cousins daughters son! I am right!).
Her name is Linnéa. I was going to draw something nice for her, a flower I thought. Well, a flower it was. And some surrounding fillouts, I mean, the flower shouldn't be alone, now should it?
Yeah, overdone, I know. But it became something more for me when I was working on the sketch. I got a picture in my head, which was an old one, something I'd wanted to draw for a long time. So I had to do that picture, and then it wasn't enough with a simple sketch anymore, I had to ink it, then make several copies and colour it.
I did.
Two times, as you can see. Because the first version, the warmer, wasn't really pleasing me. The walls got too red, too warm, too much saturation. I wanted it colder, paler, more monochrome. So I made a blue version, where the flower was the only warm spot. I like this one better.
So, the motive then. The first thoughts was that he wanted to protect the flower, his smile is his awe and respect. He knows it has fought its way up, through the asphalt, slowly, undoubtful.
The walls is the sign for our, the mankind's, concrete civilization, which with we believe we can conquer everything. But yet, a single seed left behind pushes everything aside.
He also wants to protect it because it's one of the few flowers left in our world. The picture is meant to show how we underestimate the natural forces, and yet, also how fragile our world is.
I've got other thoughts about it to, but maybe you also have that.
So I'll just let you.

My gallery - part 4
Almost six years ago, I started drawing manga. It was a revelation. Suddenly I could draw humans without barfing on them afterwards. Of course, when I look at the oldest things they are not very good anymore.But. I've become better.
Since three or four years I want to be a comiccreator, that is my dream, to be able to live by my drawings and creations, by my pencil.
Often have I drawn pictures for friends, only lately I've taken money for it.
The following pictures are all made for girls I know that wanted something I had created (why only girls? That's a mystery).
They are in cronological order, oldest first.
The first picture haven't got a proper name yet, maybe: There's a child in all of us
Yeah, that's good, let's have that.
I made this picture to Caroline, spoken about before, as a birthdaypresent when she was turning... a year older. Yes, I've forgotten, I'm embarrassed. seventeen or eighteen it must have been... I promise to find facts and keep it in mind.
Anyway, the picture is a scene from the comic about Loihs, Tim and Karoliin, also spoken about earlier here. Caroline is crazy about it (huh huh huh, satisfied laughter). She talked me into having her too as a character in the comic, so she is now. She's the blonde curlyhaired blueclad archergirl in the foreground, yes you've figured by now.
Treeclimbing. Love it. Even in the comic.
This is some kind of sorceress, i guess (that rhymes, I'm a genious), or a fairy. Doesn't really matter. It's just a picture, nothing connected to it. I made it for a young girl named Marina (beautiful name), whom I met in Italy with my family, she and her family was swedish too.She saw things I've drawn and wanted something. She made me promise I'd send it to her when it was finished. I did, but first I took a digital photo of it.
She was glad, sended me a nice thankingletter. I was glad too.
I like the red cloth she got around her breast, letting it flutter down in the fog, or something. Can't be practical though.
Her cane (ooh, I like that word. Much better than staff) is blue.
I wanted it to look clear and magical, metallic and shining. Blue.
This one: The Fairies PlayI made it for a girl named Emma, also a good friend. It took me sooo long to get started, from sketch to finished, half a year or more. Not good to say here if someone's interested in having something illustrated (and interested in paying), then reads this. For my defence: when the real drawing started it didn't take that long until it was finished. Still a month though I think, can't remember.
I got paid for this one, fourhundred (swedish money, not potatoes or something, gee, that'd be... no, drop it) . That was palprice. The pencils I used almost costs that much. Yeah, I'm the real shit, with expensive pencils and such.
I'm really proud of this picture, the colours, the waterfall, the fairies (is there something more?), everything was the edge of my cunning at that time, about a year ago, I doubt I can do it better today, maybe details, maybe the colouring, maybe nothing, it's not necessary.
Actually I gave all the fairies individual names, leaping from their colour to the closest natural material. The big red girl is Cherry. I don't remember it all now, but Cinnamon, Cyan, Crystal, Emerald, Velvet (which sounds nicer and less porn in swedish), and such names were common.
The picture was ordered, by Emma, and she was very clear of what she wanted, she described what she had in mind, and that was pretty much this. So a lot of cred goes to her for giving me the idea to the motive.
And she was happy when i delivered it. Mutual feeling.
Creating makes me happy.

My gallery - part 3

Everything in my gallery this far are pictures from years back, from senior high school, where I studied art and shape, the aesthetical program. Well, two to three years back. Those two pictures are the last ones from that time.
To the left: Portrait of Caroline
This is the last painting I will show in my gallery, I don't know if it was the last one I did though, but the last one here it probably is, as I don't paint anymore in benefit for drawing, and the rest of the paintings I made I haven't even bothered to scan.
This is the only oilpainting I've made. I'm proud, even if it's simple to do something like this without any deeper effort other than time, I really did think. It's a portrait, not some acidtrip. There's a thought behind every element in it (even if I don't remember everything).
Caroline is a lovely friend of mine, seen in Myself - part 2, she got curly hair (really very curly), also lovely, which is seen in the painting. Though, it also represents her colourful and twirling person.
Enough.
The rest is firmly my picture of her personality then, nothing certain, nothing confirmed. I'll just let you look at it and put whatever meaning you see there into the shapes and colours.
To the right: Red and Blue
Heavy mindtwisting name. I really put an effort in it.
No, I didn't.
It is made with colourpencils, crayonpencils I would call them (I don't care if there is no such word).
The Knife - a swedish duo, making odd, but great, music.
HeartBeats - one of their songs, and the song from wich I was inspired to this picture. I failed myself in making the picture I had in my head when I heard that song, it came out this way.
In the song they sing "the colours red and blue". At least that's right, but it is the only thing besides the lovemaking.
The picture in my head was darker, wilder, and more passionate and sexy. It even included darkgreen... Can you imagine? Outrageous! Darkgreen! Whoa! Lucky I wasn't that crazy.
I like darkgreen a lot though.
I'm satisfied with it anyway, it turned out to be a great picture, only not as I had in mind.
The song gives me the feeling of stroboscopic red and blue light picturing two, mark well, two persons (not one) having sex, wild, frenetic such, branching out their limbs (not his) in the otherwise black and darkgreen something surrounding them. Seen from above, or seen like they hover weightless.
Yeah, that's pretty much like it. My feeling about that song.

Myself - part 2
This one's a little funnier. It's an alter ego of me to the right. All three of these characters are for a comic I want to make, and I have drawn a little of it, but all of it must be updated, meaning redrawn from scratch. All of them are real persons whom I know.
From left to right: Karoliin, real name: Caroline, Loihs, real name: Louise, Tim, same nickname.
I call this picture: Loihs is being silly.
It's better in swedish. Pity you, nonswedish people of the world, well, there's not very many of you anyway.
Followingly: Swedish title: Loihs fånar sig
Now you regret not learning swedish.
Myself - part 1
This is a portrait of myself, it's pretty much like me (Schhh, anyone who know me), except the clothes and the sword. Unfortunately. The hairthing is real, mostly I have it like that.
Now, this wasn't very interesting...
My Gallery - part 2
Here's a painting I call: The Ethgnohkian RitualThe creatures on the painting are something I've made up, believe me or not, they're not real. The probability that they would exist and that I imagined a creature looking the same is small enough to say that.
I remember that I had a little theory about them and their mysterious ritual, it was as following: Ethgnohkians can see what is happening between the stars, and they can understand it. This makes them extremely intelligent, since they see other species, radiation, effects of all celestial activity and understands it. How they can understand it? I guess since they see everything, they see the relation. To them it's obvious.
They still do not build anything, no houses, no machines. They survive well without technology. All they're interested in is the knowledge.
Or maybe it's just a matingritual... or, no, I decide, so it's not. It's the first.
I made it with aquarells, the stars and some other highlights with acryllic.
Yes, I painted the sky black, not the funniest part.

My Gallery - part 1

In my gallery I'll show you some of the best coloured pictures I've made throghout the past five years. I'll start showing the oldest first. I hope you will enjoy them.To the left: The Light By The Surface
Though I could say a lot about this ones meaning I choose not to, because there would be too much. And I don't want to. Funfact: The green colour on the original of this one looks a lot different, actually it's a colour that I couldn't make look the same on the screen whatever I did.
I realized that computers of today can't visualise all the nyances there really is.
To the right: The Magical Tree
It's seen with thermal vision, and because it's magical it is also much warmer (it's logical, really! Have You ever seen a magical tree in thermal vision? Have I? Hmm).
A new world to enter
I am quite new in this world, I've only tried to enter it a few times before. Really few. Never successful. This time I hope to do better. Doesn't we always?
I do have watched this world before. I'm not that new. Only, I haven't entered it myself.
This will hopefully be my gallery, in which I will show you my art. But I will use it for other things too, texts, comics perhaps, point of views, and all kinds of stuff I wish to show.
Me, I am a boy, born in sweden. I live there too... I live on a hill, and can see the sea as a thin silverline at the horizon when the weather is nice. I still like to climb trees, even though I am 22.
The spring is slowly coming here, the snow is finally melting. I will be able to climb trees again soon.
A new beginning. A fresh start. That is what alyxes means, that is what I hope this will be.
